Foreign Minister Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier travelled to Washington DC,  on March 11

The visit was to emphasize the importance of Transatlantic Relations, while discussing the influx of global challenges, including Iran and the Nuclear issue,Ukraine crisis, and the global Security.

The Foreign Minister Dr. Steinmeier highlighted also the close Bilateral Relation between Germany-USA by stating: “Transatlantic coordination is more important than ever”
