Deutschland provides new Humanitarian Help for Ukraine On February 18, the Federal Foreign Minister Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier announced the allocation of extra 10 million euros, by Federal Foreign office, for Humanitarian Emergency relief aid for Eastern Ukraine.
